All Preschool Students have to apply and be approved by United Way before filling out the South Lane School District Enrollment form.  If you are not approved by United Way, your application will not be approved.

KITS Program
KITS (Kids In Transition to School), is a FREE summer program to help you and your child get ready for Kindergarten.

Live Outside South Lane School District Boundaries

If you would like to attend a school in the South Lane School District but do not live within the boundaries of South Lane, you must fill out an Inter-District Transfer Request form for each child and return it to the District Office at 455 Adams Avenue in Cottage Grove.  The district you live within and South Lane School District must approve this Transfer Request BEFORE you can enroll online.  If your enrollment form has already been submitted, it will not be approved until the Transfer Request has been approved.

• Proof of address (mortgage statement, rental agreement, utility bill, etc.)
• Immunization Records
• Recent report card (K-Incoming 9th)
• Transcript (9-12) *Students schedules are dependent on current transcripts and are required.*

Enrollment for the 2025-2026 School year is closed.

At the beginning of each new school year, each students Parent/Guardian that is listed first in our system will receive an email with a link and a snapcode, along with instruction on how to log in and update enrollment.  Once that is submitted, we will review the information and approve it.  After you receive the approval email, your student is enrolled. 

The Returning Student Enrollment is now closed for the 2025-2026 school year.  It will open after the emails with the snapcodes go out in August. 

New Students- Use the link above to set up an parent account.  Fill in the information requested and hit submit.

Returning Students- Use the snapcode link in the email or Remind message sent to the email address or phone number we have on file for the primary guardian of each student, or visit the link below. Then, enter your student’s snapcode provided in the email or Remind message sent.  If you didn't receive this message, call your students' school or email enrollment@slane.k12.or.us.

By using the link in this email, you are automatically entering your child's snapcode. The snapcode is like a key to your child’s Returning Student Registration for the upcoming school year. You should receive a unique snapcode or snapcode link for each child each school year.  This will be sent by Remind message or email and will be sent to the primary parent/guardian.  

Not all the questions are required, however the enrollment form will not be able to be submitted unless all required questions are answered.

If you would like to make a change, select the underlined field or choose "Previous" to return to the previous page.  If you have issues you can contact the school or email enrollment@slane.k12.or.us.

When you have finished entering your information, select “Submit.” This will send all of the information you’ve entered to the school. If you cannot select this button, you will need to make sure that you have answered all required questions.

We do require an enrollment form to be filled out for each student.  Each new student will need a form to be filled out for them but can be created using online one parent account.  Returning students will each get their own snapcode.  The snapcodes will be linked to the primary parent/guardian account.
